Titanium Bolts for rear sprocket

Hi,

I have ordered a 2 wrong set of bolt for my bike. However i can still use the 1 set for the rear sprocket. Normally, bike use Nuts for the rear sprocket,but due to having a custom hub, i will use 4 M5 Bolts to hold the sprocket. But first, i need to cut it first to 10mm from the 30mm bolt. Well, it is a real fun when you try to cut a titanium..

Lightweight Wheel Spacer

Hi, As my mission to reduce weights on my bike,reducing the unsprung weight is the most benefit that i could get from my bike. The latest project is to replace the bolt to Titanium and also aluminium wheel spacer..


The old one..stainless steel.Note that i have removed the speedo gear with the steel spacer



...replaced with this one. I had 2 aluminium spacer in my bolts box,so it is actually 0 costs. I only need to send it to be lathed to 15.2mm. But i'm charged rm30 for both left & right,that is SO EXPENSIVE!!

Selettra ignition V2, the mounting Plate

Hi,

As the plate is already done, costs me RM50 by the way, i sent the crankshaft to be bored so it will fit the rotor. But UNFORTUNATELY, HE BORED THE ROTOR INSTEAD!! WTF?!!

As i don't seem any problem if it were to be installed, i left the shop without paying them anything since it is their mistake. At least i could mount the original rotor back if i want to.




After fitting it, i have to make the mounting holes and tapped it so it can be screwed. Since the area is small, i tap M4 screw to it.


After this, i find out the holes are not aligned! DANG!.. i need to dig a new hole..sigh...

My Bolts have arrived!

Today my bolts from UK mainland have arrived.. i am glad as the item really took only 1 week to get here,even from UK.

However, i have noticed that i have ordered wrongly for my sprocket bolts..i order M4 size instead of M8 size! there is a lot of different between those 2.



The wrong one...i will sell it for RM50, posted.



Same for kawasaki disc rotor bolt...5pcs total. will use it for the brake caliper mounting.

Honda front disc rotor bolt...will be exactly like the original one, minus the rust,stiffness and the weights..

Selettra ignition V1, the mounting Plate

Hi,

Although the race have been cancelled, but the modification must goes on..
So, yesterday i went to my friend to consult him because he is the one that i know who have been using this thing. But he don't want to show me his, instead, he asks me to send it to him to installed, which sets me MR1,000! I am definitely will make it all by myself. Luckily i already have a nice friend all the way from Italy who gave me the template and also the measurement..NICE!!







So, yesterday i went to the friendly Kamco to collect the 6061T plate for the project..and it only costs me MYR13.40! Hows that for a RM1,000 quotation. and that is not includes the cost of overhaul, and i doubt that he knows how to overhaul my bike!

Rider yg terbaik akan masuk selection wild card moto3.

Korek punya korek, Tuan CEO terlepas cakap kata diorang nak buat proggram pembinaan moto3 menggunakan HONDA 250cc yg baru. Perancanganya SIC akan beli 16 buah dari Honda dan sewakan dengan rider2 yang mampu.
Bagi saya oklah juga proggram ni, saya dah pernah bincang antara Pihak Honda (mr. rodney), Tuan CEO Dato Razlan dan Bikerz Magazine untuk menggunakan honda cbr 250cc, dalam mss.

Sebulan lagi nak race,Saya wakil Bikerz minta maaf banyak sangat2 kepada yang dah beli motor baru, dah buat motor dan lesen untuk perlumbaan tahun ini. Track tu, bukan saya yang punya, jadi kepada rider2 kalau pihak SIC mengatakan saya yang batalkan Bikerz Cup untuk tahun ini, memang tak masuk akal.

My ignition

Hi,

At last, i got the race ignition that i really wanted. I get it on the gaybay, for MYR450 posted. It was a bidding war out there..and i still feels the bleeding mark!Well, here is the picture of the winning item,just for you guys pleasure..



right now i need to open up the engine to get the crank machined to fit the rotor.. easy enough.what's hard is to create the stator adaptor.. :(

I just found out this spring kit, from Hyper Pro. Doesn't mention the spring rate, but will source for it when i got the fund! Hopefully..

Titanium Bits

Hi,

Today i went to my friend's shop. I've known him for a while,haven't seem him for a while and now,he had opened his own Biking Accessories shop. I pay him a visit to the MBike Motorsport in Sunway Batu Caves and were amazed by stuff the he sells. Stuff from Ohlins, Lightech, ProBolt etc.. I were always been searching for the bits from my bike,and the bolt & Nut were the only items available for me there :(



I give him enquiry of the bolt and it seems that certain bolts might not be available for me because the bolt comes in kit, but i only needs a couple of bolts.



Damn,looking at this made me salivating all over the keyboard..

Then,later when i got home, i looked for eBay titanium bolts. It seems that eBay have been flooded by manda_1213 and people like him. those who had 99% positive feedback might not necessarily an honest guy. So lurking deep down inside the dark hole of eBay reveals a seller from UK. Aha, 0 negative feedback.definitely worthy.
So browsing through his items shows exactly (IIRC) what i need.


Bolt for my rear sprocket..4pcs of M5 10mm


Bolt for Kawasaki rotor,but I think it suits my front brake bolts.i need 4 but this comes in a set of 5. 1 will be reserved for future use.


Front rotor bolt for Honda.Comes in complete 6 pcs.
