More picture when i brought it home!

EBC HH Pad

Hi,

Yesterday i got my EBC HH Pad, which sets me about rm140. i didn't spend anything from it since i sold the CR125 barnett for rm150 to buy this.
Happy package from Houston, texas of Usa.

Quick Disconnect Fuel Line 6mm

Hi,

Last week while i was looking for the silencer for my bike muffler, i found this instead.

I have been looking for this for a while, and when i found it, it seems too hard to refuse it.even i have some doubt with the brand. But long story short, another RM25 later and it was in my pocket, waiting to be installed.

And when i arrived home, i try to install it, finding a longer silicone hoses but it seems that the hose wouldn't routed 'down' instead of parallel.now it seems easier to take off the tank without it. For now i didn't install it yet, but maybe when the race starter i might.

Edited : This item is a pain in the ass. Dont you ever buy this brand again,it overflows even when new.

Footpeg Hanger

Hi,

Last week i have bought another Aluminium T6061 from kamco again. My plan is to make a new footpeg hanger for the gear side(left). Currently it is not rigid enough, would bend and stuck the gear link that prevent the gear to be properly changed. This have ate some serious valuable seconds in the race. I could not afford this so i need to solve this soon.

The measrument is 177mm X 107mm x 12.5mm. This should be tough enough for the job.

At first i wanted them(kamco) to cut it,so i draw the outline to them on the spot. They just smile..speechless. As i suggest, they dont want to do it. But they did suggest another shop, which is quite interesting. It's like a Stainless Steel specialty shop. Maybe one day i will go there..

First of the three line that i have to cut by hand.

Next i went to RTB again to drill it..

3 holes this time, one for the peg and to for the frame.

another 2 to cut..

before..

Final picture.. It was quite nice..seems better than my fake yoshimurah one..but the gear link bearing need some more cleeaning/replacement before i'm finish.

FUHH!! i am so happy that this works!

New Caliper V.4

Hi,

I am so glad right now that the bracket is aligned. Now i am waiting for the pads to arrive, and tap the fork leg so it could be bolted to the bracket and its done!
Well, maybe some Ti Bolts for it in the future...hm..yummy..

my last bolt didn't come,i am so pissed. It also could not be disputed because it is over the 45 days rules..Damn. For all of you guys, remember the name, manda_1213 he/they are a con man that would do anything to rip off anything they could.

New Caliper V.3

Hi,

Yes, i've been busy lately doing things for my bike. It seems that i tends to postponed things until they were to late. Well, not for this year i suppose.
Yesterday i bought some T6061 for the right footpeg, and after work i went to mill the caliper bracket. :) Feels good when i'm back with my milling skills.

one-handed milling skills combined with taking picture is rare these days..

and this is nearly done..just need to sand and file a lil' bit more..

i dont want to bling it,because this is a race bike so i go for the brushed look. dry fitting to the bike looks OK for the alignment with the caliper and the fork leg.

New Caliper V2

Hi,

I am in the middle of the progress for fitting my newly bought BREMBO Calipers. It took a while because i do it myself, and its only happens in my free time, and in daylight. I dont want my neighbor complains about the noise i'm making.

at first attempt

My hand was literally come off at this moment..it was a pain in the s to cut without a vice..

and so i buy a 'cheapo' vice from the ace hardware, just below MYR10. it does the job well,so far.

dry fitting to the caliper. the holes may be drilled with a proper machine, not my hand drill because either the drill or me have parkinson, we haven't diagnosed yet :p

New Caliper v.1

Hi,

Since i got the caliper, i have cleaned it. Not that it needs cleaning though.
The seller also gave me the crap bracket to fit on his bikes. Well, it's somewhere in the bin anyway.
Not only it is Steel, it also got rust on it!

Well, window (or should i say mozilla firefox) shopping for the brake pad hunt is already started, and now i'm confused whether or not i buy the Rc (race compound pads) or the Sc (street/race pads). i wanted pads that is great but lasts. I think this time i'm gonna buy it at Singapore rather than e-bay.

this is some of the pics of bracket making process

it not so hard to make, luckily. I will make it in no time, Kamco Aluminium Sdn. Bhd., here i come!

New Caliper

Hi,

I have purchased a new caliper for the front one. This is necessary to conclude the BRAKING floating disc. It was a used items i scored from the MBC Forum, and it was going for MYR280 posted. i think this is an opportunity that i should not let go.

I think this caliper need to be rebuild, or at least should be serviced if the internal is still good. the Pads needs a mandatory replacement..and i think Brembo pads or at least Carbon Lorraine should be put it!
