Hi,
Yesterday i have started to install the rear end, the new wheel and the Swing arm.
The box of magic comes from Honda Thai Factory.
5 Spoke..hm..i don't know whether people would notice the difference from the 6 Spoke front..
..would fit bigger tire..definitely!
Sure it's from Honda..
3.50 inch, the same as 125Gp bikes..yeah!
hollow in the center..would keep the weight low. Currently measured at 5KG, and 6KG if includes the sprocket hub and the damper.Previous SP wheel measured at 8KG(wheel & tire mounted)
Attempt to match..looks ok so far. Fatter arm would help in the looks department.
My cat is searching for a 12mm nut i lost in the dark.

Hi,
Last week i ordered a rear end from thailand, the rear wheel from the latest CBR250R! it's not even on the market yet. Congrats to bro Razak for finding me this wheel.
It employs a 3.5" form enkei...and off course it is 17". now i can fit tire size like the 125GP boys does.
*will be picking it up this noon!

Hi,
I have decided to ditch the single arm and went to the conventional arm. Actually the arm itself is not so heavy, since it is made from alloy. and i can tolerate with that. But what makes it heavy as a pig is the axle shaft.
the item in the red circle is the shaft..its hard(and costly) if i were to create a new one from alloy because of it odd shape..thus the solution is this...
the best(cost wise) replacement would be...
and now its time to hunt for the rear wheel..this is going to be a pain in the S since the front wheel wide is 2.5" and currently the rear wheel is 3". Not many wheel comes in 3" though...

Hi,
This might not be a direct relation to the NSR,coz in race we did not use non-full face helmet due to the lack of protection. However i just want to show the helmet i just bought, a 2nd hand item for a small amount.
Here is the picture, and i got it cheap because it have some defect.. but i;m not complaining..if i got a new helmet it might not be long to have some scratch on it. :)
Along side with my friend's helmet

Hi,
Last week i ordered this for one of my customer.Oh,forgot to mention. After the late Ameng gone, i finished up some of the bikes that is still pending at the workshop. That is how i got the customers..
The item is still on the shipping process as we speak. It should be here by now, but i think it is because of the Raya season that our Pos Malaysia is having problems due to the high demand of postage. yeah, like that was a reasonable excuse. Duh!

Hi,
last time when i went to singapore, i was offered this front end(without wheel).
It was a bit above my budget,so i have to leave it..with the intention of buying it back someday. it also appears short, might be suitable for a moped.
But a couple of days ago, i found these picture in my pc.
surely i will buy it!the one that i'm after is the clamps..because alloy is always lighter than steel.and in the standard item is as heavy as a pig!
Good Bye Ameng!

I received a very bad news on Saturday morning. My best buddy passed away. i couldn't believed it as it was all in a sudden. I hang out with him and no sign whatsoever..
He is the one that runs Perba Motor, and the one who manage my bike during the races.
He left a wife and his family..and a whole lot of good friends!
For those who have not seen him, this is his picture
He is a good friend, mechanic, husband and son..may he rest in peace, Al-Fatihah..
I love you buddy!
