Hi,
It Lives!! yesterday i was supposed to attend the trackday but unfortunately certain things is still haven't finish.. I have to forget about it and go to work as usual..
The problem is the rear sprocket is wasn't quite ready, because currently it is 36T where what i really need is 39T. And the mounting is also not done.. Apart from that the Lightweight battery is still not totally finished, where the mounting for it is still in work-in-progress..
But i'm happy because it can be started without hesitation, and it proves me that the wiring i made is working, and that day it was just a fuse broken..damn..
Now i'm hunting for one of these...
its only $7,posted! It will go along with my lightweight sprocket..yummy

Hi,
Last time i wanted to start my bike it wont fire up.. I have almost do everything to check which would causes the problem but it couldn't be solved. I was up until 4am in the morning, so i guess i wont make it because i didn't have any rest even i did solve the problem.
So i stipped down the wiring harness to detect any kind of problem..the problem is..Nowhere to be found! everything was working in perfect order,as checked by my trusted multimeter.. The only thing did i managed to figure out is the fuse..it appear OK but somehow..faded on it casing.. I wonder why i didn't check the fuse that night..
Here's the pic of the harness all wrapped up and nicely done

I have searching for this stand for years... It really makes it convenient when u were racing. Before i got this i only park it anywhere near a tree, lamp post, wall etc.
I actually got this without knowing it. It was lent me from a friend, he was so nice, he offered me even though he hadn't use it before. He gave me on my race day, MSS Round 3. At that time he was quite reluctant to sold it to me but later on he agreed. He got it from Indonesia, where he believe he could get another one afterward.

Nothing to be updated here really.. despite that it doesn't fire the last time that i wish i;d bring her to Open Track day, I've taken out the wiring loom to check for any leakiness. Unfortunately there wasn't one, but i suspect the fuse that was on it were suspiciously blown but it seems fine. Oh well, i did not miss a thing on the Track Day since it was heavily raining..
While i taken out the loom, i also managed to paint the frame. This time i use enamel black paint. It was known that some time ago, some bike manufacturer had painted their bike with enamel, as it was quite tough rather than the normal paint. but it was nto though as the powdercoat.
ah..and here we go..

waiting for the gate to opens up..my face is turns green at this time because of the adrenaline pumping..
same picture... Look there's no pit crew for me.. my passes have been given to my friend but i still turn up alone..haha
My father's friend, En. Ismail have always lent me hand whenever i need him or not..he always offers me to help with anything that he could think off. He said he will fly to perform Hajj this week, my do'a will follows him during the Hajj..
Hope i can see him again next round, because he's always there to help me, either to pump my tire, tighten any nut or fill up my fuel

Hi,
I'm sorry for the late update on the race.
7 Oct
The race started on Thursday, where we must scrutineer our bike only on that day. That means i have to take another extra 1 day leave just for that purpose. This is really disturbing as we went that far just to get scrutineered and then go back and get ready for the big day tomorrow. However, that day went well.
8 Oct
The day started early in the morning, where we must attend the briefing at 8.30 sharp. The schedule for today is quite pack, as soon after the briefing which ends at 9, our practice session starts at 9.10. This is really killing me as i still needs to prepare, and this would only suits them who have their own mechanic/team to prep for the bike.
My practice session went well, and i am so happy with it as i could clock 2.58, where it have break the 3 minute curse that i faced earlier this year. I am so happy knowing that the problem so far was the carb that i've been using.. the setting was DAMN RICH!! i used my TZM carb, and also the throttle. I was unhappy because it couldn't be fit onto my custom airbox. but i do fit the standard airbox, but with holes on it. i wouldn't call it airbox, but rather carb cover..
did i mention that the silencer has gone during the practice? Dang..
Edi is preparing his bike..another SP in the game..
Qualifying time. I have clock in faster time during this time, but it was only a fracture of a second.. my swing arm nut have flown at this time. I feel my rear tire is giggling a lil' bit as i reached turn 5, and i dont dare to go further with it as it is dangerous feeling at T5 coming to T6. i went back to pit only to find out that the nut have gone..Dang!
I search everywhere to find this nut but no luck. i have to called my friend who is using the same bike and borrowed it from him. It was a long 40 minutes journey, just to get that damn nut. However, i did managed to get it before the start of the Race 1.
Minutes before Race 1, heaven just open up and pours down the rain.. WET RACE. i grab my front fender because i dont want the front tire spits water onto me.
It was no luck for me, because at the time i was leading in 11th place an many riders down because of the wet surface. My bike broke down in Lap 3, which forces me to end the race at Turn 3 where it suddenly give up and the engine was dead. Thats Race 1 for me.
At night i have to borrow another nut from David because he seems the perfect candidate to borrow me the nut for a day or two.
9 Oct
No race day today but i went to Sepang, just to make sure that my bike wont broke down like yesterday. my friend told me that the problem is the battery is weak,as i have use it on practice and qualifying time without charging it back.Damn. He was right. My bike starts right after charging.
10 Oct
The final day. pur race started the earliest at that day, 8 o' clock. Altough i got there at 7(the earliest time the pit opens) i still rushes to prep my bike. i still left with a couple of things to do that morning but the race is so near. i only managed to changed the muffler and install the nut.
That race was my best race so far in this year. i managed to get no 14 out of the 40++ racer on the grid. I also managed to clock in 2.53, about 10 seconds faster than before. Alhamdulillah.. i finishes the race happilly..

Hi,
First of all i would like to wish Selamat Hari Raya to all who read this blog. I have just received ny thing from e-bay, The "BRAKING brake disc.
It was all nice and shiny...
Once installed, it feels more appropriate. This is how Honda should make the bike, as it was so called race replica.
The fitting was a bolt-on, but the brake need to be adjusted a little because it had grinded the fork, and the caliper bracket.
